Human Resource Executive

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to manage HR operations, payroll processing, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance activities. The candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills with good knowledge of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including attendance, leave, salary inputs, deductions, and payroll verification.
• Handle recruitment and hiring activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.
• Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable HR policies and statutory requirements.
• Handle employee queries related to payroll, attendance, leave, and HR policies.
• Coordinate with management and department heads for HR-related requirements.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports and MIS.
• Support employee engagement and other HR initiatives.
• Ensure timely completion of HR activities and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Preferred Candidate
