Position: Head – Sales & HR Operations
Key Responsibilities
Sales
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Develop sales strategies and improve lead conversion and revenue.
- Monitor leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate the sales team.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Build strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
HR & Operations
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Set employee KPIs and monitor performance.
- Handle employee concerns, discipline, and engagement.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs.
- Support payroll and other HR administrative activities.
- Ensure smooth coordination between teams and management.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in sales team management and HR operations.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM/HR tools.
- 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
