Job Description
Job Title: Front Desk Executive
Location: Koregaon Mul, Uruli Kanchan
Experience: 0–1 year
Salary: 15K-18K
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and channel partners.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and enquiries.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and property site visits.
- Maintain visitor registers, enquiry records, and call logs.
- Coordinate with the sales and administration teams.
- Share basic information about Sanskruti Homes’ projects.
- Manage courier, documentation, filing, and general front-office tasks.
- Maintain a professional and organised reception area.
- Requirements: Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–1 year of front-office or customer-service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and WhatsApp.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferred.
- Candidates with real estate experience will be an advantage.
Salary: As per experience and company standards.
