Job Description
On Field Sales :-
- Greeting and directing customers (Kids and New Born Shop)
- Attire should be formal (strictly)
- Providing the accurate information about Brand.
- Answering customer query related to Product.
- Conducting Price and feature comparison to facilitate the purchase order.
- Stay up to date with Stock availability, new Products and discount offers.
- Daily Route update and to maintain the data of each store explicitly.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Basic Math skill and ability to perform in fast-paced environment.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet targets
- Ensuring regular call with Company appointed Distributor for Lead generation at any store.
- Daily call with management to maintain the Store visit data.
