Job Description
Home Loan Sales Executive
Generate leads for Home Loans through various channels.
Contact potential customers and understand their loan requirements.
Explain Home Loan products, eligibility, interest rates and documentation.
Follow up with customers from lead generation to loan disbursement.
Coordinate with customers, banks/NBFCs and internal teams for smooth processing.
Collect and verify required KYC and loan documents.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain good customer relationships.
Conduct field visits and meet customers/property dealers when required.
Maintain daily sales reports and update customer information in CRM.
