• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit gyms, retail stores, and potential clients in assigned areas.
• Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
• Increase sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with gyms, retailers, and other business partners.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers regularly.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Present and explain sports nutrition and fitness supplement products to customers.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms where required.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
• Submit daily field activity reports and provide regular market feedback.
• Coordinate with the internal sales/distribution team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Requirements: 1+ years of field sales experience preferred.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge or interest in fitness, sports nutrition, and supplements is an advantage.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Own two-wheeler is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel within assigned areas of Pune.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
