Job Description

  • Work in well known companies Campa and Warana
  • Conduct daily market visits as per assigned route and beat plan.
  • Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, hotels, restaurants, cafés, canteens and institutions to generate sales.
  • Take regular orders and ensure achievement of daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Develop new customers and expand the company’s market coverage and distribution network.
  • Promote and sell dairy products, beverages and other FMCG products.
  • Ensure product availability and visibility at assigned outlets.
  • Introduce new products, schemes, offers and promotional activities to customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and regularly follow up for repeat orders.
  • Monitor competitor products, prices, schemes and market activities and report market information to management.
  • Coordinate with the distributor/office team for order processing, stock availability and timely delivery.
  • Follow up on payments and outstanding amounts as per company policy.
  • Ensure proper execution of company schemes and promotional activities in the market.
  • Identify opportunities for new outlets, HORECA customers and institutional business.
  • Maintain accurate daily records of market visits, orders, new customers, sales and collections through the company’s DMS/ERP or reporting system.
  • Achieve assigned coverage, productive calls, new outlet and sales targets.
  • Provide regular market feedback and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the reporting manager.
