Job Description Company Name: Delhivery Logistics Pvt. Ltd. Job Role: FOS (Fleet On Street) Job Overview: Delhivery Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and motivated FOS (Fleet On Street) executive. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding bike riders for Delhivery’s delivery operations and expanding the company’s delivery fleet network. Key Responsibilities: • Onboard bike riders for Delhivery’s delivery operations. • Conduct field visits and campaigns to identify and recruit potential riders. • Explain job details, payout structure, and incentives to the riders. • Verify rider documents and ensure proper onboarding process. • Achieve assigned daily and weekly onboarding targets. Requirements: • Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales or marketing. • Good communication and convincing skills. • Must own a bike with valid driving license. • Should be self-driven, confident, and result-oriented.
