📝 JOB SUMMARY / नौकरी का सारांश

• Handle banquet and event sales, manage the sales team and drive bookings. / बैंक्वेट एवं इवेंट सेल्स संभालना, सेल्स टीम को मैनेज करना और बुकिंग बढ़ाना।

• Manage junior team members, achieve sales targets and maintain regular reporting. / जूनियर टीम सदस्यों को मैनेज करना, सेल्स टारगेट पूरा करना और नियमित रिपोर्टिंग संभालना।


🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां

• Manage banquet and event sales activities. / बैंक्वेट एवं इवेंट सेल्स गतिविधियों को संभालना।

• Manage junior sales team members and guide them towards targets. / जूनियर सेल्स टीम को मैनेज करना और उन्हें टारगेट पूरा करने के लिए गाइड करना।

• Generate and convert leads into banquet/event bookings. / लीड जनरेट करना और उन्हें बैंक्वेट/इवेंट बुकिंग में कन्वर्ट करना।

• Crack and close bookings with customers. / ग्राहकों के साथ बुकिंग फाइनल और क्लोज करना।

• Monitor team performance and sales targets. / टीम के प्रदर्शन और सेल्स टारगेट की निगरानी करना।

• Prepare and maintain regular sales reports. / नियमित सेल्स रिपोर्ट तैयार करना और बनाए रखना।
