Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, assist with loan-related processes, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to manage customer concerns professionally.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming and outgoing customer calls to resolve queries and provide information.
• Assist customers with loan applications, documentation, eligibility, and application status.
• Provide accurate information about company products, services, and processes.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending documents and application updates.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
• Coordinate with sales, credit, and operations teams for timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, queries, and resolutions.
• Ensure professional communication and a positive customer experience.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• RequirementsMinimum 12th pass; graduation is preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer support, telecalling, or customer service.
• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English; regional language proficiency is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
• Experience in NBFC, banking, fintech, or loan processing is an added advantage.
