Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for solar panel installations.
  • Explain the benefits of solar energy, including electricity bill savings and long-term cost benefits.
  • Provide basic information about on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid solar systems.
  • Inform customers about applicable government subsidies and solar schemes, as per current eligibility and guidelines.
  • Understand customer requirements, such as monthly electricity bills, rooftop availability, and electricity connection type.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team or technical site survey.
  • Follow up with interested customers and maintain lead records in Excel or CRM software.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and achieve daily or monthly calling targets.
