Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with experience in Home Loans, LAP Loans, or Real Estate Sales. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer handling, loan coordination, and achieving monthly sales targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads for Home Loans, LAP Loans & Real Estate.
- Handle customer queries and guide them through the loan process.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan approvals.
- Manage documentation, follow-ups, closure & disbursement.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Identify new customers and business opportunities.
- Maintain regular sales activity and follow-up records.
- Required Skills 2+ year of relevant experience in Home Loan, LAP Loan or Real Estate Sales.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of banking and financial products.
- Strong customer relationship and sales skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate/market trends.
