- 🎯 Key Responsibilities📞 Counsel students through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- 🎓 Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses
- 💰 Convert qualified leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets
- 📚 Explain course curriculum, fees, career opportunities, and placement support
- 📊 Maintain accurate CRM and admission records
- 🔄 Conduct regular follow-ups and build strong relationships with prospective students
- ✅ RequirementsExcellent communication and counselling skills
- Strong sales and target-oriented mindset
- Prior EdTech / Education Sales experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and convincing skills
