💰 Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000/month + Incentives

💼 What You'll Do

• Handle and develop sales through dealers and customers.
• Develop new markets and generate new business.
• Visit dealers/customers regularly and maintain strong relationships.
• Plan daily routes and manage field visits.
• Prepare quotations and close orders.
• Follow up on payments and customer requirements.
• Understand market demand and product requirements.
• Share regular sales and market reports with seniors.

✅ What We're Looking For

• Experience in Dealer Sales / Market Development.
• Good knowledge of the Plumbing Market and customers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good convincing and order-closing ability.
• Ability to prepare quotations independently.
• Must be able to drive a car.
• Comfortable travelling for field/outstation visits.
• Candidates with a stable employment history will be preferred.

📍 Field Area: Kondhwa – Dhayari – Pirangut / PCMC

👉 Relevant industry experience preferred, but candidates from other sales industries are also welcome to apply.
