- Job Title: BPO Telecaller
- Job Summary:
- We are looking for a confident and customer-friendly BPO Telecaller to handle customer calls, provide information about products/services, and assist customers with their queries. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Responsibilities:
- Make and receive customer calls as required.
- Explain products, services, offers, and processes to customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
- Achieve assigned calling and performance targets.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the concerned team.
- Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi/English.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge.
