• Maintaining strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures & the company’s Brand

Standards across all departments to ensure restaurant readiness and service flow.

• Ensure all Quality parameters in tandem with the head chef for upholding food as well as

service standards. Planning seasonal Menus for food as well as Beverages.

• Ensuring fast service times during meals as per the pre-decided KPT.

• Build strong relationships with every customer so that they visit us as their most preferred

dining option ensuring a warm welcome and fond farewell.

• Drive guest satisfaction and an online review rating of at least 4.5/5.

• Personally handle guest concerns, ensuring 100% resolution of complaints/Feedback within

24 hours for online food aggregator orders and immediately for dine-in guests.

• Cost Management: Controlling food and beverage costs as per budget while managing

labour expenses as pre-decided.

• Revenue Growth: Increasing average guest spend through effective menu engineering,

upselling, and suggestive selling.

• Inventory Integrity: Implementing and validating daily stock checks, and maintaining stock

accuracy to minimize wastage and pilferage.

• Talent Acquisition and Coaching: Recruiting staff, conducting induction training, and to

prepare them as per the set SOP’s and Brand Standards.

• Legal Compliances: Responsible for all the legal documentation including but not limited to

Licenses, its timely renewal, official documentation related to wine and beer service etc.
