AI Automation + Full-Stack Developer (n8n + Next.js)

EventDTL Pvt Ltd builds WhatsApp-first AI automation systems — and the dashboards and web apps on top of them — for Indian businesses. Real systems running in production, not demos. Our stack: n8n, WhatsApp Cloud API, PostgreSQL, Next.js/React, and AI/LLMs (Claude, Gemini). We're small, we ship fast, and we build with AI as a daily tool.

The role (read this first):

You'll build across our full stack — automation workflows (n8n) and full-stack web apps/dashboards (Next.js + React + Postgres) — using AI tools like Claude and Cursor, with direction and code review from the founder, not from-scratch teaching. If you can already use AI to figure things out and ship, you'll fit here. If you need every line taught to you, this isn't the role.

Shortlisted candidates do a short paid practical test that mirrors the real work. We hire on demonstrated ability, not resumes.

What you'll do:

• Build, modify and maintain n8n automation workflows (WhatsApp Cloud API, webhooks, PostgreSQL)
• Build and maintain dashboards and web apps in Next.js + React, connected to Postgres and our APIs
• Use AI tools (Claude/Cursor) to build, debug and document
• Fix bugs, test flows, and ship changes safely without breaking what already works

Must have:

• Comfortable using AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, or similar) to solve problems across frontend and backend
• Basic full-stack sense — can build a simple web page/app and connect it to data
• Comfortable with ambiguity — you can take a goal and work out the steps
• Basic programming logic (any language) and willingness to learn fast
• Based in or able to work daily from our Pune office

Good to have (not required):

• React / Next.js / Tailwind
• JavaScript, REST APIs, SQL / PostgreSQL
• Any exposure to n8n / Zapier / Make
