Sales Conversion – Support the team in negotiations and help close deals.

Team Training – Conduct regular training on projects, locations, pricing, and sales techniques.

Performance Monitoring – Track individual and team performance through daily/weekly reports.

CRM Discipline – Ensure 100% CRM updates for calls, visits, follow-ups, and deal status.

Project Knowledge – Keep the team updated about inventory, offers, pricing, and project details.

Client Handling – Assist executives with important/high-value clients and difficult negotiations.

Daily Reporting – Share daily reports of leads, calls, site visits, revisits, and closures.

Target Achievement – Take corrective action when team performance is below target.

Coordination – Coordinate with management, pre-sales, marketing, and project teams.

Motivation & Discipline – Maintain team motivation, punctuality, productivity, and professional discipline.
