Tally Accountant

Job Title: Tally Accountant Job

Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tally Accountant to manage and maintain our company’s financial records using Tally ERP

software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily accounting tasks, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:· Maintain accurate financial records using Tally ERP 9/Prime.

·        Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.

·        Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments.

·        Prepare and review financial statements and reports.

·        Perform monthly bank reconciliations.

·        Maintain general ledger accounts.

·        Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.

·        Assist with internal and external audits.

·        Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

·        Manage payroll processing and related statutory filings if required.

·        Coordinate with other departments for budget preparation and expense tracking.

Requirements:· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

·        Proven experience (1–3 years minimum) as an accountant with hands-on Tally ERP knowledge.

·        Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

·        Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software.

·        Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian tax regulations.

·        Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

·        Good organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:· Certification in Tally (e.g., Tally ERP 9/Prime Certified).

·        Experience in a similar role in [industry type, e.g., manufacturing, retail, services].
