Cashier / Accounts Executive

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to manage daily cash and billing operations at our showroom dealing in premium tiles, sanitaryware, and bath fittings (Kohler, Jaquar, Simpolo, Nexion). You will handle customer payments, maintain accurate financial records, and support the accounts team with daily reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily cash, card, and UPI transactions from customers
• Generate GST-compliant bills and receipts
• Maintain accurate daily cash reports and reconcile with sales records
• Manage petty cash and maintain expense records
• Coordinate with the accounts team for bank deposits and reconciliation
• Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions
• Assist in month-end billing and accounts closing activities
• Ensure compliance with company cash-handling policies

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a cashier, billing executive, or in accounts
• Working knowledge of Tally or similar billing/accounting software
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Trustworthy and responsible with cash handling
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
