Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing customer relationships, promoting company products and services, and achieving sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through calls, visits, referrals, and other channels.
• Generate leads and convert them into customers.
• Promote and explain company products and services to prospective customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports as required.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Visit customer locations for meetings and business development when required.
• Coordinate with the service and technical teams to ensure smooth customer support.
• Maintain accurate records of customer information, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and local marketing initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Provide regular updates to management regarding sales activities and business opportunities.
• Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related field preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, email, and internet applications.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel locally for customer visits when required.
• Knowledge of the Pune market will be an advantage.
