Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of marketing strategies tailored to the automotive components and aftermarket industry. You will assist with B2B marketing campaigns, trade show organization, product catalog maintenance, and digital marketing efforts to drive brand awareness and support our sales pipelines.

Core Responsibilities

Campaign & Content Support

• Marketing Collateral: Assist in creating, updating, and distributing B2B marketing materials, including product brochures, flyers, datasheets, and presentations.
• Content Management: Help maintain the company website, client portals, and social media channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) with relevant industry updates and product launches.
• Newsletter Execution: Support the preparation and dispatch of email marketing campaigns to distributors, OEMs, and retail partners.

Product & Market Research

• Competitor Tracking: Monitor and compile data on competitor product lines, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
• Market Trends: Assist in gathering data on automotive industry shifts, such as the transition to Electric Vehicles (EVs) or updates in supply chain regulations.
• Database Management: Keep customer relationship management (CRM) databases and marketing distribution lists clean and up to date.

Event & Trade Show Coordination

• Logistics Management: Assist in planning, booking, and shipping materials for domestic and international automotive trade shows (e.g., Automechanika, SEMA, AAPEX, or regional expos).
• Inventory Control: Track and manage inventory for marketing promotional items, samples, and booth materials.
• On-site Support: Provide administrative support during corporate events and customer visits.

Administrative & Sales Alignment

• Lead Routing: Assist in tracking leads generated from campaigns or trade shows and ensure they are assigned to the correct sales representatives.
• Reporting: Compile weekly/monthly reports on marketing metrics, including social media engagement, email open rates, and website traffic.
