Job Description

Safety Supervisors perform a wide range of duties to maintain a safe work environment, including:

  • Conducting site inspections and identifying potential hazards.
  • Enforcing personal protective equipment (PPE) compliance and permit-to-work procedures.
  • Leading toolbox talks and safety briefings to educate employees on daily risks.
  • Investigating accidents and near-misses and recommending preventive measures.
  • Managing simultaneous operations and ensuring subcontractor competency.
  • Maintaining safety records and documentation.
