Job Description

We are looking for an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support day-to-day project activities, coordinate with internal teams and ensure projects are completed smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and track day-to-day project activities.
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
  • Track project timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
  • Follow up with concerned teams for pending activities.
  • Prepare daily/weekly project status reports.
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain meeting notes/action items.
  • Monitor project requirements and escalate issues when required.
  • Support project managers in planning and execution.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
