Job Description

1. Manage Press Shop production and achieve production targets.

2. Oversee sheet metal processes like blanking, piercing, bending and forming.

3. Ensure product quality as per defined standards.

4. Manage manpower and machine utilization effectively.

5. Monitor production, rejection, rework and downtime.

6. Coordinate with Tool Room, Quality and Maintenance teams.

7. Ensure proper die setup, changeover and process control.

8. Maintain 5S, safety and continuous improvement in the Press Shop.
