Core Accounting Skills:

• Proficient in Tally ERP 9 / Prime for daily accounting & entries
• Strong knowledge of GST filing, reconciliation & return preparation
• Hands-on experience with TDS calculation, payment & returns
• Preparation of Form 16, financial statements & statutory compliance
• Expert in ledger management & maintaining accurate records
• Knowledge of Provident Fund

📊 Excel & Reporting Skills:

• Advanced MS Excel knowledge – VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Data Analysis
• Experience in salary distribution, payroll processing, and MIS reporting
• Ability to prepare financial summaries, cash flows, and profit & loss statements

*Payroll & Salary Processing*

* Handle end-to-end *payroll, salary processing and distribution*.

* Manage salary calculations, deductions, employee payments and payroll records.

* Prepare *MIS and salary-related reports*.

*Labour Compliance*

* Handle *labour law compliance and statutory filings*.

* Manage *PF/EPF, ESIC, employee PF contributions* and related records.

* Ensure timely statutory payments and filings.

* Coordinate with employees, consultants and authorities.

• Familiar with Agile accounting processes & collaborative workflows
• Strong analytical mindset & attention to detail
• Excellent communication & coordination with internal & external teams
• Ability to meet deadlines & maintain confidentiality
