Job Description
- MIS Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards covering sales, collections, occupancy, complaints, and project status.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of bookings, agreements, registrations, payments, and possession.
- Financial Tracking: Reconcile billing, collections, and outstanding dues; prepare ageing and overdue reports.
- Compliance & Documentation: Track RERA requirements, legal documentation, and audit records.
- Customer Lifecycle Monitoring: Track customer journey from booking to possession, ensuring timely closure of formalities.
- Vendor & Utility MIS: Maintain vendor master data, contract records, and utility consumption reports.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with Sales, CRM, Accounts, Legal, and Facility teams for data accuracy and reporting.
- Advance Excel
- Invoice Submissions if required,
