Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, invoices, vouchers and basic records.

• Handle store inward/outward entries, stock records and material documentation.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material requirements with concerned departments.

• Verify purchase bills, delivery documents and stock quantities.

• Maintain proper filing and support monthly stock/account reconciliation.

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for accounts and store-related activities.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel, inventory management and accounting.

• Good communication, accuracy, coordination and documentation skills.

Preferred Candidate

• Responsible, organized and willing to handle both Accounts and Store functions.
