HR Executive

Recruitment and Selection:

· Managing the recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening candidates,

· Conducting background checks and reference verification. 

Employee Relations and Engagement:

· Resolving employee relations issues and conflicts.

· Administering HR policies and procedures.

· Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

· Organizing employee engagement activities and events.

Compliance and Policy:

· Developing and updating HR policies and procedures.

· Maintaining accurate employee records.

· Managing employee benefits and compensation.

Other Responsibilities:

· Analyzing HR data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.

· Developing and implementing training and development programs.

· Staying up-to-date on HR best practices and trends.

· Contributing to the overall strategic direction of the HR function.
