Job Summery

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resource Management. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee management, attendance, payroll coordination, HR documentation, employee engagement, and implementation of HR policies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
2. Handle job postings, resume screening, interviews, and candidate follow-ups.
3. Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, and exit processes.
4. Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation.
5. Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and punctuality.
6. Coordinate monthly payroll processing and salary-related activities.
7. Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
8. Implement company HR policies, rules, and procedures.
9. Conduct employee performance reviews and coordinate appraisals.
10. Manage employee engagement activities and improve employee retention.
11. Coordinate with management and department heads regarding manpower requirements.
12. Ensure HR-related statutory compliance and maintain relevant records.
13. Prepare HR reports, recruitment reports, and employee databases.
14. Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or HR operations.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HR software.
• Basic knowledge of payroll, PF, ESIC, and labour law compliance.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage employees and coordinate with management.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.

Experience Criteria

• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience is mandatory.
• Candidates with experience in recruitment, HR operations, and employee management will be preferred.
