Field Service Engineer

• Installation, testing, and commissioning of fully automatic grocery packing machines at customer 

sites.

• Conduct machine setup, calibration, and performance verification before handover.

• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and automation-related issues.

• Attend machine breakdown calls and provide prompt troubleshooting support.

• Carry out preventive and periodic maintenance activities to ensure machine reliability.

• Train customers and operators on machine operation, maintenance, and safety practices.

• Prepare detailed service reports, installation reports, and maintenance records.

• Coordinate with production, design, and spare parts departments for technical support.

• Install software updates, machine modifications, and customer-requested upgrades whenever 

required.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional and timely after-sales service.

• Travel extensively to customer locations across Maharashtra and support emergency service 

requirements.

• Identify spare parts requirements and recommend preventive actions to customers.

• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and maintain professional behavior at customer 

sites.

• Build strong customer relationships and act as the technical representative of Deshmukh 

Industries.
