Accountant Cum Office Assistant

Accounting & BookkeepingMaintain day-to-day financial transactions, including journal entries, ledger updates, and bank entries.Handle accounts payable and receivable, including tracking and following up on outstanding client payments.Perform regular bank reconciliations and manage petty cash or expense vouchers.Assist with basic tax compliance (such as GST and TDS entries) and audit preparations.Use accounting software like Tally or Zoho Books for daily data entry.

2. Sales Coordination & BillingPrepare and issue sales quotations, proforma invoices, delivery notes, and final tax invoices.Punch and process customer orders into the system, ensuring pricing and quantities are accurate.Handle customer inquiries regarding product pricing, order status, billing issues, and delivery updates.Coordinate closely with the internal sales and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.3. Reporting & AdministrationPrepare daily, weekly, or monthly sales and accounts receivable reports.Maintain accurate physical and digital records of all purchase orders, sales receipts, and vendor files.
