Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting records, vouchers and financial transactions.
  • Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable, billing, collections and payments.
  • Prepare and maintain bank, cash and ledger reconciliations.
  • Manage GST, TDS and other statutory compliance and coordinate with consultants.
  • Assist in monthly closing, MIS reports and management reporting.
  • Verify invoices, expenses and supporting documents.
  • Maintain proper records for audits and statutory requirements.
  • Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, customers and auditors as required.
