Store Manager

Responsibilities:

- Operational Management:    Oversee studio operations daily from 11 to 8/9 pm (6 days a week including weekends).

- Client Engagement:

Attend to walk-in clients, addressing their needs and providing excellent service.

- Communication Handling:*

Manage calls and appointments efficiently via WhatsApp and CRM.

- Client Retention: 

Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

- Booking Targets: 

Achieve and maintain target bookings as required for business goals.

- Data Management: 

Maintain detailed Excel sheets for effective data management.

- Client Education:

Explain aftercare procedures to clients for optimal tattoo care.

- Reviews Management:

Obtain and manage client reviews to enhance studio reputation.

- Data Oversight:

Ensure comprehensive data management practices are in place.

- Inventory Control:

Oversee inventory management to maintain adequate stock levels.

-Vendor Management:

Manage Vendor data and handle procurement as and when required.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in English, Hindi and Kannada for effective communication with clients.

- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Previous experience in studio or client management preferred.

- Ability to work flexible hours within the 11 to 8/9 pm timeframe.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Excel.

- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
