Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-orientated inside sales Cordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background along with a passion for sales and customer relationship management. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the sales team.

• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain customer databases.

• Handle customer enquiries and provide product information.

• Support sales activities to achieve organisational targets.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in Tally.

• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

• Customer-orientated approach.

• Strong organisational and follow-up skills.

• Any graduate, preferably with a technical or business background.
