Job Description

Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, referrals, and market research.

Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and client meetings to negotiation, quotation, follow-up, and order closure.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.

Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and maintain an updated sales pipeline.

Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order processing, delivery, and customer support.

Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and new business opportunities.

Support marketing activities, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and customer visits.

Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and CRM updates.

Ensure timely payment follow-up and customer satisfaction.
