Swiggy Instamart mai Quik response team mai apko

Handling Surge & Backlogs: When a specific dark store experiences a massive spike in orders (such as during heavy rains, festivals, or weekend rushes), the QRT steps in to clear the backlog quickly.

High-Speed Deliveries: They act as backup high-velocity riders to maintain Instamart's ultra-fast delivery timeline promises

Inventory & Fleet Management: QRT roles can also include managing the flow of delivery partners, shifting stock between stores, or stepping in to resolve immediate operational issues on the ground


Job time 9 am to 6 pm general shift available
