Job Description

What you will own:

  • Open and close the shop every day
  • Run the full shop floor — counter, tinting, picking, loading, deliveries
  • Manage a team of 5–6 people
  • Enforce billing discipline — every sale is billed, every bill is tracked
  • Own the daily cash-up and nightly reporting
  • Manage contractor credit accounts — limits, reminders, collections
  • Receive and enter all inward stock the same day
  • Handle the daily WhatsApp pre-order channel for contractors
  • Sit with the owner senior daily and learn the buying side

What we are looking for:

  • 4–8 years in paint, hardware, building material retail or distribution
  • Should know Asian Paints product system — bases, packs, tinting, shade codes
  • Marathi and Hindi fluent; English basic is fine
  • Someone who has handled a high-footfall counter and peak-hour rush
  • Honest, physically present, not a desk person
