Electrical Maintenance Technician

• Perform routine maintenance and repair of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment in the restaurant. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime. 
• Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and procedures. 
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the optimal performance of all equipment. 
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Assistant Manager and other team members to ensure smooth operations. 
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status. 
• Support the management of spare parts inventory to ensure availability when needed. 
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations during maintenance activities. 
• Assist in energy-saving initiatives and other sustainability measures. 
• Support AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) activities as required.
