Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000/month

About the RoleWe are hiring a Junior Recruiter / Recruitment Counsellor to handle candidate calling and recruitment coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call candidates from the company-provided database.
- Explain available job profiles, salary, location and responsibilities.
- Counsel candidates and understand their job preferences.
- Conduct basic telephonic screening.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment updates.
- Achieve daily calling and recruitment targets.
- RequirementsGraduate preferred; Freshers can apply.
- Good Hindi & English communication skills.
- Good convincing and counselling ability.
- Comfortable making calls and handling candidate queries.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive and target-oriented attitude.
