Job Title: Telecaller – Delivery Partner Recruitment (Work From Home)

Job Summary: KM Corporate Services is hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Telecallers to recruit delivery partners (delivery boys) for multiple client companies. This is a work-from-home opportunity for candidates with excellent communication skills who enjoy interacting with people and achieving recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential delivery partner candidates.
• Explain job roles, eligibility criteria, salary structure, incentives, and other job-related information.
• Screen and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes.
• Follow up with candidates until they successfully join.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment databases.
• Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to meet hiring targets.
• Resolve candidate queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment goals.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in Hindi. Knowledge of English and Bengali is an added advantage.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, and internet applications).
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
• Good follow-up and organizational skills.
• Qualifications: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in telecalling, recruitment, customer support, or BPO is an advantage.
