Job Description

1. Attending to & servicing the machines ( inclusive of machine engine) in the region. 

2.PDI and installation of new machines.

3.Planned visit to machines in field and reporting it in Mobility Tab

4. Executing AMC's (Only L2 & L3)

5.Advise customer on machine maintenance and performance.

6. Generation of Parts Enquiry after machine inspection

6. Achieve parts, lube and service target .

7.Update the visit details to TAB / CRM. 

8. Generation of enquiries for machine overhauls/aggregate repairs

9. Generation of Ideas/Suggestions

10. Competition Reports
