Job Description
- Surveillance Installation: Mount, wire, aim, and program analog and IP-based CCTV cameras, Network Video Recorders (NVRs), and Digital Video Recorders (DVRs).
- System Optimization: Ensure optimal camera fields of view, proper video storage retention, and clear audio/video feeds for asset and branch protection.
- Access & Alarm Integration: Integrate CCTV feeds with branch access control systems, panic buttons, and intrusion alarms where applicable.
- Installation & Setup: Safely install, anchor, level, and configure new ATM hardware, software, and network connections.
- Diagnostics & Repair: Respond to service calls promptly, diagnose component failures, and fix/replace faulty parts (e.g., card readers, keypads, screens, dispensers, and printers).
- Clearing Jams: Resolve mechanical blocks, including currency, card, deposit, and receipt paper jams.
- Preventative Maintenance: Conduct scheduled routine inspections, clean interior/exterior components, replace air filters and belts, and test machine functionality.
- Software Updates: Perform OS patches, security updates, and software reinstalls as required.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all service operations, parts used, and maintenance logs. Submit timely service completion reports.
- Compliance & Security: Adhere strictly to safety regulations, bank security protocols, and data confidentiality guidelines.
