Job Description

Take ownership of revenue growth and overall sales performance.

Set and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Lead, manage and motivate the Sales & Counselling Team.

Develop sales strategies to improve lead-to-enrollment conversion.

Monitor daily calls, follow-ups, conversions and team performance.

Create and maintain sales funnel and pipeline reports.

Train team members on sales techniques, product knowledge and objection handling.

Analyse sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.

Coordinate with Marketing, Academic and Operations teams to improve customer acquisition and retention.

Develop new B2B, institutional and strategic partnership opportunities.

Implement CRM processes and ensure accurate lead management.

Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports for management.
