- Key Job Responsibilities

- Gather information about vehicle symptoms, maintenance history, and service needs.
- Conduct preliminary vehicle inspections
- Service Recommendation
- Explain recommended repairs and maintenance services.
- Prepare accurate repair orders and service estimates.
- Advise customers on recommended maintenance schedules.
- Cost Estimation and Approval
- Provide detailed cost estimates for parts, labor, and additional services.
- Obtain customer authorization before work begins.
- Explain warranty coverage and service policies.
- Work Coordination
- Communicate customer concerns clearly to technicians.
- Schedule and prioritize repair work.
- Monitor repair progress and ensure timely completion.
- Customer Communication
- Keep customers informed about repair status, delays, or additional findings.
- Explain technical information in simple, understandable terms.
- Address customer questions and concerns professionally.
- Quality Control
- Review completed repairs and service documentation.
- Verify that work meets company standards.
- Ensure vehicles are ready for delivery.
- Vehicle Delivery
- Explain completed repairs and maintenance performed.
- Review invoices with customers.
- Provide recommendations for future maintenance.
- Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate service records and customer information.
- Process payments, and warranty claims.

- Sales and Customer Retention
- Promote additional services, maintenance packages, and accessories when appropriate.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
