Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Process and issue travel tickets (airlines, trains, buses) accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle travel reservations and bookings using GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.) or other ticketing systems.
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or in person.
  • Provide fare quotes, schedule information, and itinerary options.
  • Assist customers with changes, cancellations, re-issuances, and refunds.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of airline rules, fare types, taxes, and service charges.
  • Ensure all ticketing documentation and customer details are properly recorded.
  • Coordinate with airlines, travel partners, and vendors for bookings and confirmations.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with a professional approach.
  • Generate daily sales reports and maintain ticketing records.
  • Follow company policies and procedures for transactions and customer data security.
