Job Description
We are looking for a Management Intern with an Insurance background to support our day-to-day business operations, customer management, and insurance-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the management team with daily business and operational activities.
Coordinate with customers and insurance partners.
Support policy-related documentation, follow-ups, and servicing.
Assist in preparing reports, MIS, and maintaining records.
Handle customer queries and coordinate for timely resolution.
Support lead management, client follow-ups, and business development activities.
Learn and assist across different functions of the insurance business.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
Graduate or pursuing graduation in BBA, B.Com, Insurance, Finance, Management, or a related field.
Candidates with an Insurance background or internship experience preferred.
Basic understanding of insurance products and processes.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
Freshers with relevant insurance knowledge are welcome to apply.
