The Job Description and Skillset required for the position is as below:
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 0- 2 Years/ Prior Mortgage experience would be an added advantage
Basic responsibility: Telecalling
Skill Set Required:
Good communication skills- bilingual
Pleasant Voice

Proactive & Extrovert
Responsible
Adaptable
Good Listening skills
Willingness to address huge volume of calls, approximately 100 calls a day.
