Job Description
- Handle the complete tendering process on the GeM portal, from bid identification to final submission.
- Search, identify, and evaluate relevant government tenders on GeM and other e-tendering portals.
- Prepare and submit technical bids, financial bids, and quotations within stipulated deadlines.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, EMD, and other compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with OEMs, manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams to obtain quotations and required documents.
- Prepare price comparisons, costing sheets, bid calculations, and profitability analysis.
- Ensure compliance with tender terms, GST requirements, certifications, authorization letters, and other statutory documents.
- Manage GeM product listings, catalogue updates, product specifications, and pricing, wherever required.
- Track bid status, technical evaluations, financial results, purchase orders, and contract-related updates.
- Handle clarification requests, technical queries, representations, and post-bid documentation.
- Maintain tender records, submission trackers, and a database of submitted and upcoming tenders.
