Production Executive

We are looking for an organised, responsible and proactive individual to help manage and streamline the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing factory. The candidate will be responsible for organising the factory floor, planning production, monitoring stock, coordinating workers and maintaining records.

Key responsibilities

1. Factory organisation and management

• Organise raw materials, finished goods, tools and work areas.
• Maintain proper storage, labelling and housekeeping.
• Monitor daily factory activities and worker tasks.

2. Production planning and monitoring

• Prepare daily and weekly production plans.
• Track production progress and delays.
• Coordinate production priorities
• Maintain daily production reports and records.

3. Stock and inventory management

• Maintain Excel stock records, track material usage, wastage and dispatches, conduct stock checks and alert about shortages or discrepancies.

4. Quality and wastage control

• Monitor production quality and identify recurring defects.
• Maintain records of rejected products, rework and wastage.
• Ensure products are handled and stored properly.

Important: This is a hands-on factory operations role, not a desk-only data-entry position.
